Delete your Pelouse Sacrée account

This page is about the Pelouse Sacrée app for Android, published by TYSO TECH. It explains how to delete your organiser account and what happens to your data. You do not need to reinstall the app.

1. In the app (fastest)

1. Open Pelouse Sacrée and sign in.
2. Go to My profile.
3. Tap Delete my account, then confirm.

The deletion is immediate.

2. By email (if you no longer have the app or access to the account)

1. Write to contact@pelousesacree.com with the subject “Delete my account”.
2. Give the phone number of your account.
3. To check that the request really comes from you, we contact you on that number.

We delete the account within 30 days at most and confirm the deletion to you.

3. What is deleted

• Your display name, phone number, recovery email and password.
• Tournaments that never started.

4. What is kept, and for how long

• Started tournaments: they remain visible with “Organiser deleted”, because the teams and their fans rely on them. Their results no longer have any link to your account.
• Security backups: erased data may remain in them for up to 7 days, until the backup is replaced.
• Server security logs: 90 days at most.
• Recovery requests sent by WhatsApp or email: 12 months, so that we can answer any dispute.

5. Delete some data without deleting the account

You only want a player's or referee's name removed, or other data erased? Write to contact@pelousesacree.com. We reply within 30 days.
