Pelouse Sacrée Terms of Use
Version 1 — 22 October 2026. They apply to the Pelouse Sacrée app and to the pelousesacree.com website.
1. Who we are
Pelouse Sacrée is published by Thierno Younoussa Barry, an individual entrepreneur trading as TYSO TECH, Hamdallaye, Ratoma, Conakry, Republic of Guinea (“we”). Contact: contact@pelousesacree.com.
2. The service
Pelouse Sacrée lets you run football tournaments (teams, fixtures, match recording, tables) and follow them live. The service is free. By using the app, you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
3. Your account
- Following a tournament requires no account. Running a tournament requires an account.
- To create an account, you must be at least 16, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
- You give accurate information and keep your password to yourself. What is done with your account is your responsibility, including when you lend it to someone you trust.
- Tell us at contact@pelousesacree.com if you think someone is using your account without your permission.
4. Your tournaments are public
- Tournaments, their teams, matches and tables can be seen by anyone, with or without an account, in the app and on the website.
- Removing a tournament from search makes it “unlisted”: it remains open to anyone who has its link. So do not publish anything that must stay secret.
- Once a match has started, its tournament can no longer be deleted: the results belong to the tournament's history, for the teams and their fans.
5. Your commitments as an organiser
You remain responsible for what you publish. You undertake to:
- have the right to publish the names, logos and information you enter;
- for players who are minors, have their parents' consent before publishing their names, or turn off “Show player names”;
- record results in good faith and correct them if you make a mistake;
- remove the name of a player or referee who asks you to.
6. What is not allowed
- Publishing content that is illegal, hateful, violent, pornographic, defamatory, or that infringes others' privacy or rights.
- Using the logo or name of a club, brand or person without the right to do so.
- Creating fake tournaments, publishing false results or impersonating someone else.
- Using the service to organise or facilitate betting.
- Disrupting the service, trying to access other people's data, or extracting data from it in an automated and massive way.
7. What we may do
- Remove from search, hide or delete content that breaches these terms or the law.
- Suspend or close an account in case of serious or repeated breach, informing you when possible.
- Develop the service: add, change or remove a feature, and require an app update when an old version can no longer work properly.
To report content: contact@pelousesacree.com, with the link to the tournament.
8. Ownership
- The Pelouse Sacrée name, logo, design and code belong to us.
- You remain the owner of what you publish. You allow us, free of charge and worldwide, to store, display and share it within the service (app, website, share images) for as long as it is published there, and in the history of started tournaments.
9. Availability and liability
- We do our best to keep the service running without interruption and to keep your data safe, but we cannot guarantee it: the network, a phone or a provider may fail.
- Results and tables are calculated from what organisers enter. Pelouse Sacrée is not an official body: in a sporting dispute, the decision belongs to the tournament organiser.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage linked to the use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits the rights guaranteed to you by the law of your country.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time, in “My profile” or at pelousesacree.com/delete-account. What then happens to your data is described in the privacy policy.
11. Changes
If these terms change significantly, we will tell you in the app before the change applies. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Guinean law. In case of disagreement, we first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the courts of Conakry have jurisdiction, subject to the rules that protect consumers in their country.
